So - I decided to share on it's own thread.
Who knows, this *could* be valuable info for someone.

A bit of my personal notes: I had heard these mentioned and never got around to actually getting them, experimenting with if they were any type benefit. What happened was a YouTuber triggered my memory on this due to the flu and other unwanted things of this era. So to arm myself with more than D, Zinc C etc. I opted to buy the AC + DC house salts. I had an easy time with my husband, our charts are the same! As far as Rising signs go. Pls read below for more.

My hubby has coughed over 20+ years. Year round. No. Not C19. He has a past wk environment that brought this into a manifestation of unhealthy lungs. Plus his nose was long ago carterized. I think that may somewhat be harmful to "natural" air flow. I gave him his first dose last night of #9 (not #3 yet) he routinely EVERY morning awakens with a horrid cough. Not today. I heard one very quiet bought of cough. It was drastically changed. I'll keep a watch on changes and update as I'm able.

About me: I have nervous system issues and suffered a slight cough of recent week or two previous the purchase of these. Gone. My hands much less numb - so far. There's many cell salts and my Spidey Sense tells me if a person has an afflicted house/energy or tough transit, THAT particular house would need an assistant salt. Jmo and I'm not advocating you do these unless you do your own research. They are like a vitamin. I suppose there's such a thing as over doing it. I'm only taking 1/2 daily recommendation so far.
