Don't know why, but I find it very addictive. It just tastes so good.

They say that you are what you eat/ingest, so does that mean if I ingest enough carrot juice I will morph into Carrot Top? (Hopefully the pre or post roided out version..).

You know what's even better than carrot juice? Carrot juice with a little coconut milk added. The fat helps you to digest/assimilate the nutrients in same more fully and efficiently.

Makes sense with fertility since bunnies are fond of carrots! I use to use a juicer. But I stopped because of the level of clean up after using a juicer. But I have a lot of middle eastern places to eat where I live. So it is worth it to pay someone else to juice for me.

Carrots are good for skin and eye heath too.

Have you ever tried the masticating juicer type design?

I used to have a centrifugal one which had a large pulp filter/screen which was a PITA to clean. Now I have a Ninja masticating juicer and the pulp filter/screen is super small and much easier/quicker to clean. It is generally is easier and quicker to clean otherwise.

They are also more efficient in getting out more juice, and they preserve the nutrients better as they don't subject the food to as much friction/heat (its a colder process).

Downside is that they tend to be more expensive than the centrifugal type, but I got mine on sale at Target for 99, and since I had returned something for store credit right before, for me, it didn't seem like much all in all.

(The way the masticating juicers work is that there is a central, slowly spinning, sort of like propeller shaft but with much shorter blades that get shorter down towards the end of the shaft [practically none at the end] and as the shaft rotates, the short blades catches the food pieces and the end of the shaft crushes it against the surrounding tube wall and squeezes/crushes the juice out which drops through the bottom.)
