Hi LunarLove,Exercise doesn't necessarily get rid of cellulite anyway, though it's very good for health to just walk every day for at least 30mins.
I don't have a big issue with cellulite but I've had some and my own experience with it has been that it completely disappeared when I went on a weekend trip to the ocean. I both swam in the ocean and took very hot baths each day. I noticed it went away fast. I assume the ocean salts and hot baths were the cause. I haven't been able to replicate with frequent enough baths at home because I haven't prioritized it, but plan to try again soon.
Otherwise, it seems there are no medically known or accepted methods for getting rid of it besides surgeries.
I did read a macrobiotic book with various home remedies in it and it says you can use miso paste (fermented soybean paste, available in most health food stores) to dissolve hardened fat because of the salt in it.
It seems that various cultures have tried and true remedies that are not recognized by modern science.
