I got drugs for 1 year,due to depression,seroxat and venlafaxine just destroyed metabolism and i gained 15kg just in few months,then got hashimoto hypothyroidism and had difficulty to lose overweight.------------------

Your best bet my friend is a healthy diet and physical exercising especially flexibility exercises because they modulate and improve the nervous system... These poisonous drugs are so dangerous. I think there is herbal more safer supplements than these drugs. IP: Logged |

Please never stop these drugs abruptly because they cause very dangerous withdrawal symptomps... a gradual dose reduction is always advised.IP: Logged |
