Mine, a Virgo took a 3 year contract to move to south Texas from the Midwest, me being from the Midwest myself, and he living on fastfood since he has been here has caught his attention many ways, but cooking good, ol Midwestern soul food definately got his attention!

Like stuffed bell peppers, (but added my own flair, using Japaneese sweet rice in some and quinoa in others), meatloaf and home made mac n cheese, breakfast sandwhiches with eggs, bacon and canadian bacon..etc.

O, and I have to throw in some of my smokey meat at times too!!!

whenever i cook it's usually a hit, but get this.

he's a vegetarian.
but he doesn't like vegetables.
he's allergic to beans and peas.
he has a weird neurosis with the skins of sweetcorn, raisin and other similar food (so never touch these).

so... what's left that can can safely eat?
