The ambience in a Restaurant for me should be ....
A Very dim candlelight dinner..With Soft velvet cushions to sit on...Lillies in the Flower vase...Glass chandeliers..A few Aquariums with colourful fishes..And the smell of Barbecue will make my day.

i also don't like very brightly lit interior. what i really cannot stand is when they play music. even when it's classical music, i still don't like it. UNLESS it's live, of course. it shouldn't be too quiet though, then i get too self-conscious to talk.

i like places that's not too modern looking. minimal and classic would be nice. i also like it when they have tables in the garden when the weather's good.

I like places that are comfortable, and clean. Not too loud music, with comfortable and nice smelling furniture. I just hate it when I walk in a restaurant and I can smell stale smoke and beer. The ambiance should be an over all package.
