Juni, you're right. I too am craving eggs and all the warm yummy stuff. Fruit salad or a smoothie in the morning is ok but not enough. I'm not ready to 100% raw yet although the diet has helped. Egg fried with bananas will be my breakfast tomorrow, well technically later..still can't get my sleeping patterns straight

I went off raw cuz I felt better. I am gonna go back cuz your energy level is so much improved.
I can feel the difference with energy between the two diets a great deal

Steak and eggs are common here in the US for breakfast at restaurants (usually T-bone steak).

Randall`s right and a steak to start the day is a protein punch that lasts instead of being hungry in a few hours.

I love to cook and eat... I admit holding down to 125 lbs is a challenge in the winter but working hard all summer/autumn I need all the calories & protein. I do slack off them in winter tho.

Instead of PB&J`s, I`m eating PB&B`s for lunch... banannas instead of jelly

A T-bone with eggs, grits or hashbrowns, and toast is the fave breakfast at places like Denny's, IHOP, Waffle House, and Huddle House.

Charm
I am gonna say something for your consideration from Chinese Medicine.
Cravings indicate important things.
If you went to a Chinese medicine doctor. The craving would show him which organ needed to be balanced.
He would then use his tools such as herbs or Acupuncture needles to balance out the organ.
Then the cravings would stop.
Just a thought for you to consider.
You have. access to all sorts of holistic people where you live
