Great to see more Rawries on the forums.

This thread is dedicated to any raw food recipes and/or inspiring pictures.

I'll post an old favorite classic desert that I once lived on for days lol

Durian Candy Wraps, Recipe by Ginger Robinson, made by me.

Rolls: Blend a Durian Fruit with a couple of Bananas and smooth out on to teflex sheets and dehydrate on each side.

Cut into strips.

Filling: Blend cashews, Macadamias, Agave Nectar or Honey, Vanilla Essence until creamy, spread on flat Durian and Banana strips.

Roll.

Topping: Blend Strawberries and any other Berries with Goji Berries and Agave Nectar, pour over.

Sprinkle Cacao Nibs or dried fruit (in this pic I had dried Strawberries and goji berries)

If you don't have dehydrator (like I didn't at the time) I spread on to baking paper and put in a very low grill (open) for a couple of hours on each side, it dries it rather than cooks it.

I don't know how to post images.
I love Asian cabbage with Paul Newmans Ceasar Dressing.
It is so satisfying for some reason

SunChild, is Durian Fruit the "stinky feet" fruit? There`s a sufi parable about durian fruit.

Yes Juni, and to me it taste like cream of onion soup, however, in this recipe it changes, tastes more like a lychee or something.

uni is great too! but not as great as spicy tuna plus is $pensive. damn all i can name is sushi lol! japanese has been my fav for years until i learned it was kinda wasteful to go to japanese restaurants coz they don't really cook or prepare much but i think the salad was cheap and yummy enough and hard to replicate at home.
