I am back to some cooked foods just for the fact that I feel really good and don't need to be totally raw as I was.

I use brown rice. I tried cooking it with dark beer.It was strange but kind of good.
I use red wine as a liquid. That one everyone knows.
Anything vegetarian and healthy you can think to add?

I love it with raw sea salt and Flax oil for anyone who has not tried that.
Flaz oil tastes like butter if you don't look too close

I would love it Baby.Thank you.Brown rice is rice with the outside still intact--the husk I think it is called.
White rice takes it off

It doesn't happen all at once. You become. It takes a long time. That's why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily,or have sharp edges,or who have to be carefully kept.
Generally,by the time you are Real most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby.
But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly ,except to people who don't understand.

Ami this is a great video on indian palao, which is basically long grain basmati rice, spices, herbs and what ever assortment of vegtables you like! To make it simpler, you dont have to add everything he added but just dont miss the cumin seed and coriander leaves!Try adding bell peppers for some colour and reat flavor. You should be able to get the spices and rice at a local Indian grocery store. Also i love brown rice and i'm sure this recipe will taste just as good with brown rice!

I do not know if you are a vegetarian, but I love making rice dishes as well and one of my favorite Indian rice dishes is Chicken Biriyani, it is totally yum!

Ami, Violet has done the job already. I hope you make it and enjoy. Nice link Violet. My recipe is also almost the same. Except with a couple of diffs. I don't add the mint leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder and curd. Rest is the same. Next time i am also going to try it this way. Change is welcome in my house at times. So i will give it a try. And yes, if you want it less chilly. Just cut down on the green chillies, black pepper and red chilli. Enjoy. I am sure you will love it.

I haven't had salt on my rice in so long! At least I'm dedicated. But it's so bland.

I always have the urge to send you some really good raw salt.Raw salt has all the minerals intact. Some people say you should have it every day.
Check it out if you want and ask me anything
It makes food taste so good.

I think the best rice in the world is short grain organic brown rice with raw sea salt and flax oil.
I can put hot sauce and lots or cayenne on it too
Has anyone tried that
