Ok, another quirky thing I am into.Kamut....a very ancient and interesting kind of wheat flour. Was found in the tombs of ancient Egyptians...I love it. Again a somewhat "nutty" flavor... (hmmmm maybe I was and Egyptian and an Inca in a past life  with my love of Kamut and Quinoa)
