Has anyone here ever craved something that you used to not like? I'm not a fan of cold shrimp that you have to peel, but out-of-the-blue a few days ago, I craved it. And I craved it today also (and ate two huge plates of it). With yummy cocktail sauce (something else I never really was all that fond of).

Yes! I think you figured it out. I have eliminated salt from my diet, so I may be low in iodine, since iodine is added to salt.
