It is a true smoker and truth be told, has served me well..but the bottem has been, slowly, eroding..this morning it I (accidently) busted a hole in it..

K, gotta get another soon...

Now, no mental pics of some crazy Texan drinking Lone Star Beer and smokin Venison and fresh shot Feral Hogs..

Sometimes I will treat myself to a butcher's fresh Filet Mingon, but really I use it to smoke seafood and veggies..

Like always, you really dont miss something till it is gone...

Oh that`s awful A Texan without a smoker is like one without her Lone Star beer or swing music

We made our own out of a 50 gallon barrell and old fridge racks. A cut here and a weld there and it`s lasted 15 yrs.

welllll winter is here, and on those cold days and nites, i lite fires in my fireplace...
