For the single people, who want an easy delicious meal with no leftovers and not much clean-up or a lot of prep work:Pick yourself up one of these: http://www.oster.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=2367 & these: Pop it in the Toaster Oven by Lois Dewitt The Toaster Oven Cookbook (Revised Edition) by David DiResta and Joanne Foran and prepare to have a mouthwatering dish every single night of the week.
