My latest and greatest find!!!I will never buy regular pasta again! Tried some gluten free pasta, but it ended up like a giant rice mush in the pan. The quinoa pasta cooked and tasted much like wheat flour pasta. Yummy!!! IP: Logged |

Sounds yummy. Quinoa, the seed, is very yummy too. I make it with curry spice, onions, garlic and frozen peas. You can use it as a side dish or a main course.IP: Logged |

Yeah wheat/gluten free pasta goes mushy quick! I use corn pasta, which is yum, but it only takes about 10mins to boil on high and after that it goes mushy!Johnny ****** ------------------ as above, so below; as within, so without; as the Universe, so the Soul. IP: Logged |
