My latest and greatest find!!!

I will never buy regular pasta again!

Tried some gluten free pasta, but it ended up like a giant rice mush in the pan. The quinoa pasta cooked and tasted much like wheat flour pasta.

Yummy!!!

Sounds yummy. Quinoa, the seed, is very yummy too. I make it with curry spice, onions, garlic and frozen peas. You can use it as a side dish or a main course.

Yeah wheat/gluten free pasta goes mushy quick! I use corn pasta, which is yum, but it only takes about 10mins to boil on high and after that it goes mushy!

I am soooo sad, upon further readin it contains corn...ewwwww

But I figured out the anti mushiness..must be mixed in a meal, stir fry, etc..

By itself, left out...yuck!
