Went to IKEA and to my shock and horror they no longer carry my favorite dammsugares! So I found a recipe with the intention to make them some day... http://annesfood.blogspot.com/2009/04/swedish-dammsugare.html IP: Logged |

I personally think it's the liqueur taste that makes them so good. Swedish Dammsugare about 40 cookies 200 g cake or cookie crumbs (as long as they're neutral in flavor, use anything) 150 g butter, softened 3 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp powdered sugar 2 tbsp punsch liqueur marzipan, see above 150 g dark chocolate, melted

Those ingredients sound delish!
