All talk and no action is a very bad thing  So, I am starting this thread to show all that I speak of  This is a modified Irish breakfast sandwich. Basic beer bread recipe, added shreadded cheddar cheese, garlic, then fried up Canadian Bacon and egg whites, sprinkeled more cheddar cheese...viola!   The first is an eggwhite omeltte. Put turkey bacon, fresh spinache, shitake mushrooms, garlic, monzarella and feta cheeses....so good for ya! The second is mahi, mahi, sauteed with green Thai curry sauce, onions, garcic,edamame, baby peas, doused in a wok with brown rice Thai noodles... YEP! Cant wait to open that "taco truck" someday!!!
