K, so some may think it is a fad diet, I dont...
Been obeying it for a week or so now, cause it makes me feel good~For dinner and lunches to go back to work?
Salad, fresh baby spinache, kale and swiss chard, with just a bit of oil and vinegar and feta cheese.
Beef rib roast, I have dressed in herbs (only ones grown in my garden) and cooked slowly in my oven, now fixing to smoke.
Veal, left to room temp and dressed in a red Indian curry...then to smoke.
Stuffed a bunch of fresh jalapeno peppers with cream cheese and wrapped in turkey bacon (rich in Vit C, most commercial Vit C's are corn based...corn is baaaad)will smoke them as well!
Butternut squash...smoked too.
Sweet potatos and parships, boiled and served with a tiny bit of spray butter
No desert, of course, but IF I get the hankerin later, will allow myself a slice of either rice flour or millet flour bread with a touch of honey or almond butter.
