Thought I would try to bake beets as one would a potato. They are kind of good but kind of weird. I am not sure. Butter was good on them but still can't decide if I like them lol

I used to get some already steamed and peeled ones from Trader Joes and slice them and eat them with hummus. YUM

i love beets, they're so good yum!

though you have to prepare yourself before going to the bathroom the next day or you're in for a scare
