The veggie burgers look awful

I like the meatloaf mix with the bread, chopped onions, minced bell peppers, eggs , garlic powder, s&p topped with a thick strong cheese. . It makes a simple but tasty and juicy burger. The thumbprint is an awesome idea!

Another easy way is to use the bread, egg and Lipton onion soup mix.Seasoning is in the soup mix.

The veggie burgers do look kind of .... dry...and gritty...seedy.

Ooo I like the way you make yours. I'm coming over for dinner

OMG why did I read this thread now???? I'm STARVING!!!

Having grilled ribs tomorrow night. Mmmm. My boy brought his grill over to my house and we've been taking full advantage of it. I made a quick veggie marinade of rice wine vinegar, balsamic and oil with fresh rosemary, cilantro and sea salt and made onion, pepper and squash kabobs and we had a steakhouse sirloin and chicken Monday. MMMM.

I'm re-learnin' his kids on food. They have less than stellar tastes atm, and I'm introducing them to healthier things we eat along with the protiens. Fresh bean salad, cous cous and tabouleh (Mmmm) salads, and of course, grilled veggies. It's great to help change how they view food. Goal is to be able to feed them as many things that don't require packaging as possible and compost the leftovers!!

These burgers are making me drool everywhere. I love the yogurt!! And I would put either feta or goat cheese on pancakes, I LOVE me some cheese.
