I've been unable to obtain
everything I would need to
get, to do it!

but, I have Learned to
lose weight and maintain,
by Imaging red light..and
hearing the music..
and most of all, listening
to me, and eating what I need...

The Kryon humor made me laugh Lotus- "the glutton free diet". Lot of wisdom there! I read that part, it makes sense to me... I enjoyed reading that actually. I've had this perspective before and I'll embrace it once again because I've been watching one too many vegan cooking shows, the one size fits all diet was rubbing off on me (and the activist) and well, you can't argue with the Higher Minded approach to food. I sort of swing between "should I say something" or "oh there's probably a good reason for it.". I feel more balanced and compassionate to people when I understand the reasons for their food choices and I feel more compassionate to animals when I don't eat them and tell others not to! LOL Thanks Lotus
*I haven't tried the loch diet.

I've been reading your posts and I find myself agreeing with you, like I get what you mean.
I didn't want to mention it on the violet flame thread because I didn't want to derail their 'thing' so just wanted to tell you that. And I also have been wanting to apologise to you for so long now for being very abrasive toward you & thinking you were crazy. You are a Mother and we are all crazy. :-D Though seriously, I do not think that of you. I see myself in you so much and please don't ever think I have negative thoughts to you or anything. When I see you post here I only have positive thoughts that come naturally. So I am sorry for saying the things that may have hurt your feelings (in the event they may have.)
This was obviously a while ago now but I never think it's too late to say sorry for something.
