So., we all know that spaghetti, lasagne, pot roasts tast the very best, leftover~

Lets do somethin awesome with our leftover food!

Was crusin my fridge, found some potatos, cooked hash style, and some thawed out jalapenos wrapped in bacon and suffed with sauceage.

So, I baked the japs, re-invented the taters, cooking them nice and slow...and let them marry in the fry pan~

yes!

Will add an egg or two to the side of the cast iron skillit I am cooking in, and put aristan tortillas on my indoor mini grille...and?

Voila!

Pisces sun in the 4th and Taurus moon is me!

I've a pea soup recipe meant to be eaten hot or cold (cold for summertime). Have yet to make it but am looking forward to. It's one of my favorites.
