I found some really good gluten free pasta, I use skim milk, ALOT of mozerella cheese (lower fat) and throw in some smokey provalone and sharp cheddar for taste. I like to bake mine with a few bread crumbs scattered and I use spray butter ontop of the bread crumbs to brown and flavor. The greatest secret? A bit of chicken bullion and onions for flavor... wowzzzieeee! (ps my next additive...some lovely smokey maple turkey bacon!) IP: Logged
