I found some really good gluten free pasta, I use skim milk, ALOT of mozerella cheese (lower fat) and throw in some smokey provalone and sharp cheddar for taste.

amen to that sister!! lol..i grew up on home cooked meals and comfort food to the maxxx. if i dont get comfort food...i go craZZy. mac n cheese is so MMMMmmmmmMMMMmmm...i dont get people that dont get that.
