Actually, I like McMuffins. Made with egg, sausage and cheese and eaten with a biscuit rather than a muffin. We found something similar by Jimmy Dean.

I'm havng almond milk blended up with ice cubes and half a scoop of alive powder, too. I'm testing it with my stomach. Green juice has been a major player for me over the past few days, and I wish I'd tried juicing cucumbers two/three years ago - that and coconut oil seem to be the key (so far) to helping my stomach. Going really easy with the foods and liquids, too, but I had no water yesterday, and my lips and mouth were feeling dry last night, despite the large glass of juice.

Yummy, guys!!!

Teasel, yeah, McMuffins ARE good. I havent had one in years though. I do like their breakfast burritos when pressed for something to eat on the run, but making my own is better.

Yin, thanks for that vid. Starving now. Yeah, i can't get enough of my panini press. For breakfast, like I said above, I often make a breakfast burrito with eggs, veggies, cheese and Morningstar vegan sausage links (really good) sliced up.

youve probably been here - breakfast section of PaniniHappy
http://paninihappy.com/category/recipes/breakfast-panini-recipes/

Sand, bet you'd make a pretty delish breakfast too.

Will have to look up what asti is....

ail, YUMMMM

I could go for one of these:

cheese danish
