I pretty much use all the herbs and spices mentioned.
I'd be lost without pepper of all kinds.
Nasturtiums, leaves and flowers, (I see them in the picture above} and wild violet are delicious!
So are Pansies.
Not all the following are herbs,
but I love adding any type of seeds and nuts to food;
like sunflower, flax, poppy seed, dill, groats, mustard seed, red pepper seed, sprouted alfalfa, radish, chia and beans.
Cattail and Beechnuts and Wild Hickory nut if you can find any are also good.
Dried re-hydrated berries/fruits in coleslaw and just about anything.
Any color currents, raisins, blueberries, quince, apricot, cranberries, LOL.....
I use such as much as I use herbs and spices,
so for me they are all seasonings.

Thank you!!!

Many of those are new to me!

I've also heard you can eat hibiscus flower petals. I'd like to add some edible flower petals to my salads. Have got a nice hibiscus bush here.

Thanks Lexx.

You could probably use 2-liter bottles with the top curved part cut off too! (Maybe)

For me it's:

Curry
Cumin (must-have if you make a lot of chili like I do!)
Oregano
Parsley
Basil
& Ground habenero!

Hi! This is my first time in these parts of lindaland.

Cinnamon: I like to add it to my coffee, or rice puddings

There was one point where I was too broke to go food shopping and make omelets everyday.
Add would add
garlic powder
ginger
paprika
onion powder
cilantro
crushed rosemary
lemon pepper

My spice rack must contain marjoram.
It is essential for homemade chicken soup
