I like Sriracha but my favorite so far has been a local hot sauce I found by chance at one of the summer markets here. It's called Ugly Sauce.

I like Louisiana Hot Sauce, in the rounded bottle.

I like a splash of tabasco, too.

Sand, that's Sarachi (sp?) correct? Two of my exes couldnt get enough of that - they'd put it on almost anything. I remember the bottle.

I wasnt into hot sauce at the time and didnt like it. But my taste buds have changed a bit and I love me some Tabasco. I might try the Sarachi again because it seems to be very popular with a lot of people. Maybe i could learn to love it.

Yes yes T! It's a type of generic Thai hot sauce but that red bottle there with the rooster is my fav. I just discovered it in the pantry!

I eat -almost- EVERYTHING with hot sauce/hot peppers on~ NO LIE ^^

I've tried easily over 100 kinds of hot sauce... I lost count actually.. ^^ my bestie/sister's Scorpy stepfather was a huge huge huge hot sauce aficionado as well, so between the two of us... and all of our travels and experiments, we were constantly testing out whatever we could get our hot sauce greedy hands on...

my mum and now my husband as well... are always pointing out my odd habit of drinking the stuff from the bottle~ @___@ (just being honest.. lol I really do have some peculiar habits, this... yes, I'm aware is one of the most bizarre to others...)

soooooo faourite! Gosh~ so many!!!!

I do have my favourite from USA - and while both Frank's and Louisiana (like teasel!!<3!) mentioned are both really good ones!~

My favourite brand/maker/kind -->

I actually prefer the original over the "even hotter" variety... ^^ not because I wimp out.... xD nope... but, heat is one thing, and flavour another! right?!

There's also a traditional variety from one of the Portuguese churrasqueira up here, using Piri Piri (hot sauce) as the base... although they do not bottle they've become another huge favourite of mine. ^^;

(Latin families, eh... they like to get you all choked up with their surprise attack spices) X___x 1st time with Piri Piri - I thought they put some kind of heavy dose of wasabi into the food... lmao --- clear your sinuses tho~ (I will use the piri piri diluted sometimes on fried chickens... by combining it with a tiny bit of miracle whip... - def not hte healthiest... but it does take away a bit of the smokey-coughing inducing-heat, and saltiness...) I can't stand salty hot sauces btw... that's my one "uhuh... no thanks", food objection... lol

there really are too many too recall, but if I do remember any particulars that have stood out over the years I'll edit it in later~ ^^;

me + hot things <333

*thankful for her goat tummy* lol

You have an adventurous mouth and belly!

I can't be in too much pain when I eat. Notice I'm building up a tolerance for the Tabasco though.

I think it's the texture I like about it. Like it's a spicy ketchup or something if that makes any sense.

Thanks, T! I don't know if I'm the best source though. To be perfectly honest, too much hot sauce kills the other flavors for me. I like a kick but not too much of a kick.

Here is what Ugly Sauce looks like. I think you can only get it in MA unless maybe you order online.

I just tried some Habanero Tobasco and I was formally addicted.

I love Hells Breath Harissa which I used as a rub on eggplant and other veggies before grilling them.

I love wasabi but I can't seem to find the real deal anywhere, it's always horseradish powder in the ingredients....
