Besides meat, what foods could one eat to help ground their energy?

I'm going off meat again as it's turning my stomach to even see it. Eggs are doing the same, oddly. I think it's my body telling me to take a break and cleanse the system again.

I believe nuts and root vegetables are recommended for this. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Minerals! Get yourself some magnesium oil and/or epsom salts and soak your feet in them.

Really? What does the spirulina actually do? I just laugh at it from that new age girl YouTube vid. Then my mom gave me a bottle coz she bought too much. Been taking it.

I think I also know someone with a farm but he creeps me out when he starts talking like a conspiracy theorist about how coke has 666. he actually made delicious juice.

I know when I fly off the handle and need something grounding, what usually works (my past and present experience) is buckwheat, rice noodles, (not nuts or fruit) brown rice, ginger, white mulberries, cacao nibs, if you eat meat (beef stock,) parsnips and carrots, chickpeas, lentils, spices, chai tea, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots. Mead. Vino. Colostrum.

SC, i always have ginger (candied ginger on hand, for when i feel nauseaus mostly - works quickly to cure that) and had bought a ton of cans of chickpeas awhile back with the intention to make my own hummus (canned i know, but they are organic and it's easier that way) Youve inspired me to dig them out of the cabinet and find the perfect recipe now.

do a quickie google search or just pop a couple and know that they will help you in some way.

Oops, avocados come from trees.

I like to bath with epsom salts, and then shower off. I then get dressed in something comfy, stretch out on the couch (or on something on the floor, surrounded by the dogs), and watch something I like, and/or read.

I'm making another attempt at soup, with root veggies included, but I always add too much water. It's lacking flavour, even with broth added.

Dad's chili is another thing. You could try making a vegetarian chili. Did I post the bean chili recipe I made?

Yeah-yah!! cheesecake - *drool*

I'll look for your chilli recipe later on. Yum!

I havent taken a bath in years .....wait, that didnt come out right.

I mean I usually take showers, never been much of a bath person. I'd like to do epsom salt/magnesium footbaths more often though.
