Rarely happens with me, but I just dont feel like cooking for my work week today.

Thawed out some seasoned beef on skewers...

Will pick up some romain leaves to make my romain tacos out of...

sigh....again..

My eldest borrowed my truck, is dropping it off in a bit and I will give her a ride back...perhaps in the cool (yes cool! of this awesome Texas morning) I will be incited!!!

Hmm for me when I am culinarily bored I check out youtube or my favorite ".99 cent recipes" cookbook for ideas.

Will say, 30 grams of protein for breakfast is amazing at curbing hunger pretty much all day.

I get it often, simply because i don't have enough knowledge about cooking in general or how to properly go about it. But I am learning....slowly though...and it's kind of fun.

Hope you can break through it hippi!

When all else fails, make a pizza!

Cold pizza is always good and it can be okay reheated too!

Pizza!

The best way I've found to reheat cold pizza is not to microwave it, but to use one of those George Foreman grills with the lid propped up.

Heats it top and bottom and it does get chewy the way microwaved pizza can.

Well, when I am doing NO sugar and very little carbs, really limits options...

But I made an omlette, 2 days worth with mushrooms, peppers, turkey bacon and spinache...swiss cheese.

Beef tips to wrap in romaine wraps...

And my Shaklee shake for breakfast.

That's a great idea!!!! Going to have to try it. I don't have a Foreman grille, but do have a panini grille.

Tonight might call for a Hawaiian pizza. Have not had one in forever and only once in awhile do I get a craving for something sweet on a pizza.

& thanks for the re-heating tip.
