This is my new favorite dinner! So yummy. Each time I've given my husband a sample, he couldn't even tell it was zucchini-- the texture is very much like regular pasta.

I make fettucini with a vegetable peeler but love the idea so much I invested in a spiral slicer...it creates regular spaghetti and (my favorite) angel hair.

I love zucchini raw and sliced on salad. It's like cucumber but with a softer texture and milder flavor. Truly yummy!

Looks lovely but I have literally eaten this for dinner probably a few hundred times. Zucchini gets old eventually, I'm thinking of another vegetable to spiral. Uh! No more raw lasagna or fettuccini, everrrr
