Aw, they are really pretty little flowers. I pulled it up and pitched it.
They hated the greens anyhow so I`m going to pull them all up and add late season lettus.

Yep, I am still here. When I see things in the garden that I am not sure of, I think of Barbar the Elephant who died from a poison mushroom. That story really scared me as a child.

The thing with any greens is that they are packed with nutrition, the greener the better. The closer to raw the better. If you super cook them, you lose much of the nutrition other than the fiber.

I can't wait to tell you guys about the Callaloo. It is not ready to use yet.

The Callaloo is strange tasting.

I am going to juice it with mango and pineapple which can cover anything. I don't like it. It has a radish kind of taste.

I love radish but when mixed with a kind of collard/kale dark green taste, it is not very good
