Padre told me about this. I just tried the jar that had been sitting in my kitchen. I used Cuban oregano from my garden. It is really pretty and grows variegated looking. It looks like a coleus. It is growing so well that it is almost a bush but this oil is amazing, so I wanted to pass it on to you. IP: Logged |

As I said though, just be sure to either keep the herbs covered in oil, or remove them via straining and pour the oil back into the bottle.IP: Logged |

I made 4 more jars and watch that the olive oil covers the herbs. This is the best thing I ever made in all my cooking history ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/
