anyone ever do this? i lasted a week before i ate something. at that time i was craving kimchi. i broke it for that. i'm going to start easing in to it tom. just raw foods. veggies and fruit. there's this south beach diet friendly salad dressing i order from. it makes veggies bare-able lol! my favorite is this one called kaffir lime. i can actually put it on steamed chicken and it's enough to make clean eating bare-able for me.

i like it with some brown rice.

it's a lemonade juice diet.

water, freshly squeezed organic lemons, real maple syrup, cayenne pepper. that's it. 6 or so times a day.

you take a laxative tea at night too and you salt water flush.

the swf is gross. u put sea salt in a quart of water and u down it in 1 go. it cleanses ur system.

I went on a fast by Dr Schultz. He is my favorite natural doctor out there. He is the real deal. He has been jailed 3 times for curing cancer and can only give info and sell things but not practice in the US.

He has clinics in Europe though. He has lots of info on fasting.

I juiced all sorts of fruits and veggies.

A fast is actually a very peaceful experience, I think.

I did it this spring and lasted 7 days...plus three days of nothing but juice (easing in/easing out.)

I couldn't make it the full ten days of MC, I got too skinny and became desperate for food.

Still, it was a good experience. I've been 99% vegetarian since then and drink far less coffee.

Good luck!

Eww. Did you dig your **** like those examples on the site with psyllium?

Kimchi is actually purty easy to make. There are some instructional vids on YouTube.

Kaffir lime is great too. You can bath with their leaves for a sparkling aura.

Just because a person does a cleanse doesn't mean they are as curious and determined as the psyllium people.

Hehe not saying you did it, Faith!

But I'm pretty sure those who do the clay and psyllium cleanse would at least once. What led them to try it in the first place - very curious and experimental folks

Yeah people like talking about worms and ropes of tar, that's for sure.

I guess sometimes a person can't help but notice.

But the MC doesn't usually accomplish that, anyway. The book I have about the MC says that you have to do the cleanse for several weeks before the rubbery goop that's been caked on your intestines since you were ten years old starts to dislodge.

Colon cleansing is nothing but TMI.
