My normal preference is a Standing Rib Roast, with Yorkshire Pudding.

Mulled Cider in the Crock Pot, or Homemade Egg Nog.

(The MidWinter Essence of Cinnamon Sticks and Whole Cloves fills the air)

With one of those for dessert:

The young`uns voted Dirt Cake so Dirt Cake it is.

Left overs!!

So far: "Veggie" soup made with frozen turkey broth from Thanksgiving and the ham drippings from the roasting pan, Kale, and celery and carrots

Over night in the crock pot
