I figured it our myself by experimenting. You take raw greens. Kale is good. You chop them in thin slices like noodles etcThen, you mix Padres oil olive, a good quality tamari and apple cider vinegar. You can let them marinate but I like them even if they don't I think this is totally amazing but would be interested in what you think. Maybe, I am just a raw freak ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. It is Free, of course. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Thank you, Randall.I am so excited to be able to make simple home made gifts for people. I am gonna surprise people with a plastic container of greens. I save the fruit containers from the stores or may buy some in bulk. I am just gonna go to a neighbors house with it or give it to people who visit. It will be so much fun to see the shocked expression because it is rare that someone opens the door to a gift! ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. Can you substitute for tamari? I know, that probably is what makes the recipe. Isn't that a type of soy sauce? I'm not really familiar. Can you use Shoyu soy sauce or Bragg's Amino? Sorry I'm ignorant, but what does tamari taste like?IP: Logged |

That is cool. Tamari is more top of the line than regular soy sauce. If you get a super good Tamari, it seems to make it. Tamari is like wine. There are many qualities. I have a raw food store near me where the guy gets super good things. But Shoyu would be really good, too. I don't think braggs would though. It seems like it may be kind of gross in it lol ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. It is Free, of course.

Also, black pepper is super good on it. I just ordered some white pepper. It is supposed to be stronger. Last night, I made it fast and it came out bad. It takes time to make the marinade right. Organic red wine is amazing in it, too. Black pepper has many grades, too. If you get a really high quality one, it will make the recipe imo

This is my next party dish. The leaves glisten with the dressing and I thought it needed something for the presentation and to add a little crunch so I put in generous amount of natural raw hemp seeds. Tasted great and stuck to the slivered curly leaves real well. You're right, fussing to get the proportions right is worth it. And marinating even for 15-20 minutes makes a difference. I think this should hold up well as a prepare ahead and sit overnight dish, perfect for party addition. Here's what i used. For my first batch I used kale and organic shoyu because i do not have the tamari on hand. I also used freshly ground black pepper, but changed to white pepper (always use that for soy sauce for some reason). Because of the kale I added the balsamic vinegar to sweeten it up - I use a 2-leaf grade for salads but a higher grade would add to this I think. Very nutritious, and I saved the stems for my juicer.
