I love these cuz they are so easy but they do not seem to have a long life. I just got a cadillac model but have not used it yet.------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. It is Free, of course. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

I have the Nutribullet. When it works, then it works really well. When it doesn't, it can spill things all over itself, potentially breaking it. :/ IP: Logged |

I love smoothies. 'Could live off them in hot weather. ETA: In case you don't know, if you peel ripe bananas and store them in a freezer bag then slice them, they make smoothies much thicker, like ice cream. IP: Logged |

I'm drooling...it's on my wish list. This is great for single servings. I usually end up drinking an entire blender of smoothie till my stomach bursts because you can't really save it for later, but these small containers are perfect. How many containers do you get with the Bullet?I'm going to share my smoothie recipe tips: 1. use the "run off" liquid from your yogurt ( you can save it if you drain your own yogurt to make yogurt cheese - use a large coffee filter in a colander) 2. Each time you make a smoothie, no matter what the ingredients are, rinse out the blender with a tiny bit of water and pour the leftovers into ice cube trays for your next batch - every bit is worth saving - no more waste - flavored ice adds to your next batch) 3. If you are using bananas, buy the bulk bag of ripe bananas at the supermarket for reduced cost, peel and slice them, freeze them on waxed paper, and pop them into the smoothie as needed) 4. Start a collection of those extra huge thick straws from restaurants and rinse them out when you get home so you can savor extra huge mouthfuls of smoothie (I just hate straining with those tiny little straws - and it is never fun to have smoothie without a straw) 5. Add a spoonful of mixed of organic grains for nutrition and fiber such as: Quinoa Flakes Oat bran Ground flax seed Ground Chia or Salba (Salvia Hispanica L.) Wheat germ Rice bran Nutritional yeast Psyllium Husks Almond bran / any Nut Meal I keep this mixture in the refrigerator and pour it in smoothies, yougurt, breakfast cereal, salads, and use 1/4 cup in bread recipes. Use can use proportions to your own taste - the variety is good for you. Enjoy your Bullet! IP: Logged |
