I haven't tried these, but I'm going to, when I think I can handle them. I made blueberry-lemon gummies last week, but they screwed up my stomach (they're supposed to be gut healing gummies).

I'm drinking a magnesium drink on days that I don't bathe with epsom salts, and it may have helped with anxiety today.

My kids made gummies from a kit one time. It came with plastic candy molds. This health supplement sounds great. Mini ice cube trays are a great idea to use as a mold.

We used to make gummy fruit roll-ups, or wraps in the dehydrator tray. They can be great for hiking snacks.
