I made it. I feel so proud of myself. I ALWAYS wanted to make homemade mayo. I put it with eggs from my friend's chickens. It was amazing. Thanks PS!

I added organic mustard to it--half and half. It was amazing. There is so much you can do with it. I am going to see if my friend can bring me eggs every week and I am gonna blend herbs and various things with it and make a new dressing every week. It is amazingly fun

Yes, today my friend says he has a surplus of eggs so I am gonna make a lot and try different additions. I know the mustard is great. I may make french with tomatoes. Really, you can have a total ball. I am so happy you shared this PS

My batch today was perfect. Yesterday, I screwed up and put saukraut juice in it. My friend told me pickle juice would be good but this kind of ruined it. I wonder how I can fix it?

(No offense -
I don't know anyone who eats saurkraut without rinsing it first, so I would think the juice would not be good to save)

Don't have any idea how to save a batch of mayo. Maybe dilute it with more and put something sweet in with it. ??
