This seems to work best with the baked bean. You can experiment with your fave bean.1 onion chopped 2 tomatoes chopped 1\4 to 1\2 green pepper finely chopped Add baked beans in tomato to bowl and mix in above ingredients. Add pinch of salt Some black pepper 2 tbl spoons of vinegar And 1 tea spoon of sugar Mix Store in fridge for at an hour before serving.

Do you mean add plain cooked beans, like kidney beans that are used in baked bean recipes, or actually add already baked beans, like Boston Beans that are sweet and cooked in a sauce with bacon?IP: Logged |

I make a similar salad with plain canned or well cooked beans (kidney, cannelini, pinto), chopped onion (red is milder), oil, vinegar and fresh parsley or spearmint or basil or all three.IP: Logged |
