I don't like beets either.The taste is too sharp for me.

They look good, but yuck. I think they are pickled, because the are soft.

Usually, they are round slices, but the ones that are at my favorite salad bar are small and round whole ones.

I made the sausage , onion, mushroom and cheese saged stuffed Vetkoek for New Years eve guests. They love them and they have become my secret weapon at gatherings!
