Here's a short video of modern Eskimo sustenance choices. Raw meat and space aged upside down tomato vines. By the way, seal meat is the most vitamin rich and least in fat of all meats.

I recently watched the Classic 1920s silent film, Nanook of the North. Not a lot has changed in food selection but hunting methods and food prep have changed. Nanook hunted his catch with basic tools and sliced the animals open on the spot eating fresh raw flesh ravishingly due to near starvation. FYI, Here's the Nanook video to help you appreciate the wonderful, colorful variety of easy meal choices where we all live.

What is interesting is that they eat all this fat and don't get heart disease.

Fat is not 100% bad for sure.

That's the bad thing about correlational evidence. It doesn't prove causality.

Good fat is important. I think you have to think what God made and what man made. God made things good for us like eggs. man made things bad for us like margarine.
