I didn't care for mine.

I prefer it to brew slowly, seems to make a stronger, more aromatic coffee.

The nice part is no filter flavour, but it just doesn't seem to brew right.

Tried to reply on your Tofu Thread, but it is being recalcitrant.

Don't use Rennet.

If you are vegetarian, and it calls for it, use a substitute, as it is an animal liver enzyme.

I had to harvest coffee once. It was what made me appreciate coffee for the first time. It's such a grueling process! First you have to pick the beans, and they are usually 2-4 meters above the ground. You have to pull down the branches and they are full of ants and spiders. Mosquitos also usually thrive in these areas... Ugh... Then you have to peel the beans, it takes HOURS for almost nothing and they are often maggot infested. Disgusting. Then you dry the beans in the sun, and THEN you can roast them. I worked for two days straight and made one cup of coffee. Granted, that was the organic stuff. Still. It was the best cup of coffee I ever had...
