This is gross raw but cooked, it is the most amazing spinach. I had a huge plant grow up the size of a rubber tree. I was not sure what it was so was afraid to eat it but I identified it, so did. It was sooo good.------------------

RandallI sautee it with onions and Padre's olive oil with garlic( You let the olive oil sit in a dark cabinet for a month or more with garlic) and then I put a little water in it and cook it at low heat for a few minutes. ------------------
