who's your all-time favorite chef (past or present) to watch on the cooking channel, tv, morning news, or youtube ?
I don't have a favorite right now. I always enjoy watching the Italian cooks reveal their family secrets.

There's an import store here that has a section of tables for eating in, and there is a huge TV mounted above, front and center, with the food network playing non-stop. It takes me all day to finish my meal
