yep, i've been adding purslane to my juice extractor and feel a boost of energy each time
it contains more omega 3 than any other green plant

glad to see you are doing this, too

btw, the aloe vera juice tastes much better straight up when it is chilled
i've been adding it to my juices in the morning plus i've added some to my bottle of shampoo
