Lol quail eggs are tasty. I think the reason why they're addictive is because they're so small. We keep popping one after one after one into our mouths, never feel like it's too much, never feel like it's enough. Next thing we know we've eaten one whole basket of quail eggs.

They taste really rich, too. Do you think so? Like a different flavor to the yolk?

They taste the same to me. From where I'm from, you get quail eggs on the streets, so it's not a delicacy as in the Western hemisphere.

Yolks taste the same, but are smaller; the difference is the consistency in the egg white.

I thought they tasted "lighter". But well.. the last time I had them was years ago so I may not remember that well haha.

Are they best boiled or fried or scrambled?

I've only seen them on cooking shows. Also ostrich eggs, which are huge!
