There's a book called Superfoods for Life Cacao by Matt Ruscigno which contains savory recipes of all sorts. The first recipe is a raw dish called Raw Chocolate-Carrot Cake. All the recipes use raw cacao or cacao nibs or chocolate. Some interesting combinations, cacao paired with enchiladas, baba ghanoush, spaghetti squash, baby carrots, applesauce, kale, quinoa, stuffed mushrooms, stuffed dates, borscht, vegetable tarts, tofu, coleslaw, wine sauce, spinach lasagna, goulash, chickpeas, green beans, grits, salad dressings, fava beans, chili, ravioli, barbecue sauce, potato tacos, corn smut, bloody mary, miso soup, bruschetta, sweet potatoes, egg rolls, pizza, wontons, rice, plus a few deserts. Gee, can you think of anything he left out? The entire book is packed with healthy food facts on how cacao improves your heart, boosts your brain power, decreases stress hormones and chronic fatigue. Promotes cacao as a number 1 superfood and incorporates it into daily cuisine. taking a poll.... which do you prefer, sweet or savory chocolate? IP: Logged |

PSThe easiest is avocado blended with cacoa and some honey or maple syrup. This is chocolate mousse that is the best I ever tasted because it is not sicky rich lol ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. It is Free, of course. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

This is soooo delicious and easy. A food processor makes it look much better and to me, it is the best choc mousse I ever tasted, too!------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. It is Free, of course. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Your poll says sweet or savory, but I would add bitter as my fave. IP: Logged |
