It grows insanely (apparently gardeners curse it cause it takes over so much) and is like spinach in flavor and really healing for the skin and mucous membranes! Fairly easy to identify especially when it is flowering, it has the cutest little flowers, white with split petals. Can be eaten in a salad or juiced or blended or steamed or in a tea, fresh or dried! A true blessing. IP: Logged

It's flavor is described as corn on the cob.
