With beef bones, unfortunately. Although I like it in soup, I've grown used to chicken broth.I was supposed to live on broth for a while, over a year ago. I didn't manage it, but I'm going to try again, and this is just the way I need it to be. IP: Logged |

Did you roast the beef bones first? The broth is tastier that way, when you roast or broil the bones and then simmer them.IP: Logged |

Not this time. I did for a while, but the broth was too strong. I guess I shouldn't simmer it so long, when they've been roasted. IP: Logged |

Aren't you a vegetarian, Ami? Or do I have that wrong?I didn't try this when I should have, because I was grossed out by the idea of what I'd be drinking, but it's been one of the few things that really help me. If you're still having stomach problems, you might want to try it. IP: Logged |
