Write a little something about your favorite superfoods

Food for thought...

Why would anyone intake a fruit named Bob?
Baobob, naturally dried in its pod
Super antioxidant, super high in fiber,
Six times the vitamins and
Double the minerals of other super fruits
Medicine food of Africa
It's time we all invite Bob to our tables

Tiger nuts are not fuzzy...

Why would anyone eat a Tiger's nuts?
I've heard of Buffalo Balls but
Wouldn't think of placing one in my mouth
Daily consumption of Tiger Nuts
Brings predigestion enzymes,
Off-the-chart fiber and high potassium our
Paleo ancestors cherished
Tiny crocus tubers, Nigerian born,
Not really nuts at all resonate
Hints of chestnut and almond,
A treat to the palate

If you add sugar on them, they make a sauce.

The sugar draws out the juice. Great to top cheesecake.
