Okay, so my regular Thai(ish) peanut sauce, but with chicken.
Peanut butter, tamarind paste, molasses, soy sauce, sesame oil and chile paste.
Usually with buckwheat soba noodles and cucumber slices.
(Lemon juice or rice vinegar both make decent substitutes for tamarind.)

Ironically enough, I just realized I have every ingredient except peanut butter— the one thing I forgot at the store yesterday.
