What Germans also do with Cucumbers (our Turkish and Greek minorities brought that to Germany and also our minorities from Balcans eat a similar dish): Tzatziki! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/145409/greek-tzatziki/

It's delicious AND healthy.

However, i don't know any Tzatziki with dill Also, they normally don't use ordinary yoghurt but goat or sheep yoghurt. Imo that's very important for the special taste.
Also, they use tons of fresh garlic.

Yes, use goat/sheep yoghurt, use a couple of more cloves of garlic and disregard the dill -> original Tzatziki
